Immediate Safety Concerns

Do not continue using an appliance that is smoking, sparking, overheating, leaking gas, creating an electrical hazard, or causing uncontrolled water leakage. If safe to do so, disconnect power or close the shutoff valve. For a suspected gas leak, leave the building and contact the gas utility or emergency services from a safe location. Do not wait for a response from Dan's Appliance when an immediate safety hazard exists.

$175 covers the diagnostic service visit. Parts and additional repair labor are separate. Submitting this form does not schedule an appointment. Dan's Appliance will review the request and contact you. The service-call charge is due for the technician's diagnosis even if the appliance is not repaired, the customer declines the repair, parts are unavailable, or replacement is recommended.
