Service Call Rate
- $175.00 service call covers the diagnostic visit. Parts and any additional repair labor are billed separately. The technician will explain the diagnosis and available repair options before additional work is completed whenever reasonably possible.
- No charge for return trips to install ordered parts. If parts must be ordered, there is no additional service call fee when we return to complete the installation.
- Coverage for installed parts and workmanship is stated on the repair invoice and is subject to the applicable written terms and manufacturer part warranty.
- Major jobs such as washing machine transmissions may require additional labor billed at $75.00 per hour beyond the service call rate.
