Our Policies
Before Your Delivery Day
To ensure a smooth installation, please have the following ready before our team arrives:
- Measure doorways, hallways, stairs, and the appliance space (width/height/depth)
- Clear the path — remove rugs, furniture, and anything in the way
- An adult (18+) must be home; pets and kids secured
- Existing water, electric, gas, and vent connections must already be in place and working
- Empty and clear the old appliance area before we arrive
- We do NOT do carpentry, new plumbing runs, new electrical circuits, or new venting
