Where to Find Your Refrigerator Model Number
The model and serial number tag on most refrigerators is located inside the fresh food compartment — typically on the upper left or right wall, or along the door frame. On some models it may be on the back of the unit or inside the freezer compartment. The tag is usually a white or silver label with a barcode.
Please have both the model number and serial number ready when you call or submit your repair request. A photo of the tag is helpful if the numbers are hard to read.
