Back Orders, Special Orders & Availability
Dan's Appliance receives shipments every week. Most out-of-stock or special-order appliances arrive within 7 days — as long as there is no manufacturer backorder. If a manufacturer backorder is in place, we will notify you and provide an estimated timeline.
Availability Changes Frequently
Appliance availability depends on manufacturer production, distributor inventory, color, finish, model number, rebates, shipping delays, and seasonal demand. A model that is available today may not be available later.
Special Orders
Special-order appliances may require additional time. Estimated arrival dates are supplied by manufacturers and distributors and are not guaranteed by Dan's Appliance. Dan's will provide updated information when reasonably available but cannot control manufacturer production, allocation, transportation, distributor processing, or supply-chain delays.
Special-order deposits are ordinarily nonrefundable after the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or distributor. Exceptions may apply when required by law, when the manufacturer or distributor cannot fulfill the order, or when Dan's Appliance agrees otherwise in writing. The written invoice, sales order, and applicable law control.
Customers may contact Dan's Appliance to discuss continued waiting, available substitutions, or any cancellation rights available under the written order terms and applicable law.
