SUPER-LOAD DAY HOURS NOTICE

Due to changing and sometimes unreliable timing information regarding the Leechburg super-load moves, Dan's Appliance may need to adjust store hours with little advance notice.

On affected days, we may open earlier, close earlier, or make other temporary schedule changes depending on when the super load is expected to pass through Leechburg and how local traffic and access are affected.

PLEASE CALL 724-845-8141 BEFORE COMING TO THE STORE ON SUPER-LOAD DAYS TO CONFIRM OUR HOURS AND ACCESS.

Reimbursement Allowances

Reimbursement is for qualifying professional modification costs only — not a discount on the appliance price. The previous appliance does not have to be GE.

Cooktop (30" or 36")

Up to $100

Same-width and same-fuel-type replacement required.

Wall oven (27" or 30")

Up to $300

Compatible width and configuration required.

Slide-in range

Up to $300

Replacing a range in a standard 30-inch freestanding-range cutout (25" deep × 30" wide × 36" high).

Important exclusions

  • • Excludes new countertop or cabinet installations associated with new construction or remodeling.
  • • Customers are responsible for costs exceeding the applicable allowance.
  • • Reimbursement is conditional on eligible modification costs — it is not automatic.
  • • Do not advertise as free installation or guaranteed fit without conditions.

How to Claim — Mail-In Only

  1. 1Purchase a qualifying GE appliance from Dan's Appliance between July 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
  2. 2Have the qualifying professional modification performed. Obtain an itemized invoice that separately lists modification costs from installation costs.
  3. 3Download and complete the GE Fit Guarantee form. Include required purchase documentation, model and serial numbers, photographs, and measurements specified in the form.
  4. 4Mail your completed claim to the address below. Claim must be postmarked by January 31, 2027.
  5. 5If your appliance has not been delivered, submit the initial claim on time and complete the claim with required information by February 28, 2027.

Approved claims are issued on a prepaid Mastercard. Reimbursement is not cash and is not automatically deducted from the appliance price.
