Café Fit Guarantee
If a new Café appliance doesn't fit your existing space, Café will reimburse you up to $300 for qualifying professional countertop or cabinet modifications.

Modification Allowances
Reimbursement is for qualifying professional modifications only. The allowance applies when the new Café appliance does not fit the existing countertop or cabinet opening.

How to Claim
- 1Purchase a qualifying Café appliance from Dan's Appliance during the purchase period (July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026).
- 2Have the professional countertop or cabinet modification performed by a qualified contractor. Retain all invoices and receipts for the modification work.
- 3Note the serial number of the appliance (found on the unit after delivery). If the appliance has not yet been delivered when you submit your claim, you may supply the serial number by February 28, 2027.
- 4Mail your completed claim form (Form TW4087) with required documentation, postmarked by January 31, 2027, to:
Important: Reimbursement eligibility is determined by the written program terms and the rebate administrator. Dan's Appliance does not issue the reimbursement and cannot guarantee claim approval. Customers are responsible for submitting the required claim form and all supporting documentation (sales receipt, serial number, modification invoice) by the applicable deadline. Eligibility, purchase dates, delivery requirements, claim deadlines, exclusions, and all written program terms apply.
